If your gear isn't the 'Snoogans' quality you expected, we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange your items for a full refund. Please ensure all items are unwashed, unworn, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our crew inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
